Jimmy and Vikram fulfill 10 year old promise with DANGEROUS ISHHQ

Though it is a given that Karisma holds center stage in her comeback film DANGEROUS ISHHQ and searches for the kidnapper of her lover (Rajneesh Duggal), another actor, Jimmy Shergill, is integral to the film's plot by being present from start till end of the film. For the actor too it was a great experience to be a part of the film since he and Vikram had wanted to work with each other for years.

"I had met Vikram when I was doing YEH ZINDAGI KA SAFAR. That was over 10 years back. However due to certain reasons, we could just not get together for a film. We were in touch though. Later when Vikram informed me about this film, it sounded quite exciting. More than just the fact that it is Karisma's comeback affair, what also intrigued me was the way Vikram explained my character. Even though it isn't a quintessential leading hero role, I knew that the film would be a good platform for me to perform", details Jimmy.

What also enthused Jimmy was the sheer scale at which DANGEROUS ISHHQ was being made. Add to that the fact that it was being shot in 3D and Jimmy was totally sold to play the part.

"Vikram is a master of dramatic thriller genres and used 3D so well with HAUNTED. I wanted to gain that experience. Moreover his technicians are also hired from abroad and I wanted to interact closely with them to understand the process of 3D filmmaking. Number of factors went in the favour of me doing the film and I just went by the flow", adds Jimmy.

Well, hopefully the results would show on 11th May when the film releases all over.
