Maryam affirms, "Yes I have an important role in the film. The mujra song which I am performing adds weight to my character. I am playing a girl called Farah from Afghanistan. Beyond that I can't reveal you much about the film at this juncture."

Maryam, who shares the dancing platform with Kareena Kapoor, is all praise for the actress. "Besides being a talented actress, Kareena is also a wonderful person and very supportive. She made me feel comfortable. I enjoyed dancing along with her. I and Kareena connected well," she says.

Maryam, who is born in Iran and brought up in Sweden, has left one and all astonished doing Bollywood style of dancing in the mujra song. However, not many know the hottie has been teaching Bollywood dancing for years in Sweden. "I have been teaching Bollywood dancing for years in Sweden. I am also acquainted with Indian classical dance. In fact I have been running my own dance school in Sweden. So in that way I am quite familiar with Bollywood style of dancing," reveals Maryam.

No wonder Maryam was showered with praises from dance master Saroj Khan for her perfect dance moves. "Choreographer Saroj Khan was mighty impressed with our performance and our great co-ordination," says Maryam.

Besides Kareena, Maryam also shares screen space with Saif Ali Khan in AGENT VINOD. In fact the Iranian beauty would be seen pulling off some deadly stunts with the lead actor. Maryam confirms, "I have some grueling action scenes with Saif. I was really amazed the way Saif pulled off the stunts in the film. He inspired me a lot. I love doing action. In fact I am doing an action-packed film in south called ARJUNA," further praising Saif she adds, "He is very professional and supportive."

Though AGENT VINOD is her first Bollywood film, Maryam has done her stint in acting down south. Maryam has been part of Telugu films. However, Maryam finds Bollywood more comfortable and enjoyable. In fact being a Bollywood actress was her childhood dream. "Though I have worked in south, I find Bollywood more comfortable. To be a Bollywood actress was my childhood dream. And I am happy that my dream is finally turning into a reality," Maryam reveals.

Surprising as it may sound Maryam, who hardly knows Hindi, dubbed her dialogues in AGENT VINOD all for herself. "I don't know the language yet I have dubbed the dialogues in Hindi for AGENT VINOD. All thanks to director Sriram Raghavan, who helped me with the language and trained me," she says, "Sriram is great director. He has always been there. He is the calmest person I've ever met."

Talking about her forthcoming projects in Bollywood, Maryam has bagged an item number in upcoming film ROWDY RATHORE which stars Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha. "I just did an item song for the film ROWDY RATHORE. I have a special appearance in the film," avows Maryam.

Maryam wants AGENT VINOD to be a grand success. "AGENT VINOD is a very interesting film. It is unique and different and has an international appeal. I wish audiences give their thumps up to the film," says the actress on a parting note
